Payment Methods

Butter accepts the following payment methods:

Cash, MobilePay, Bank transfers, PayPal and Revolut

By booking an appointment with Butter you automatically approve of:

!! IMPORTANT: There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. In some cases during collabs or high season, Butter holds the right to pre-confirm your booking ahead of time or demand a prepayment to secure your appointment. Please ensure you plan ahead to make sure you have enough time to get to your appointment and to avoid tardiness. If you fail to cancel within the time or do not show up on time for Butter to perform your booked treatment, you will receive an automatic invoice with full payment of your booking that has to be paid within 7 days, no matter the excuse. This is all handled by our third-party registered lawyer and accountant firm and is aligned with the booking system and therefore binding !!

48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must happen through the booking system within 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to cancel more than 48 hours, before the start of your appointment, or if you do not show up on time for Butter to perform your booked treatment, you will receive an automatic invoice with full payment of your booking that has to be paid within 7 days, no matter the excuse. This is all handled by our third-party registered accountant and is aligned with the booking system and therefore binding.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we keep the right to, if possible, customize the treatment to fit the time left, or judge your appointment as a no-show as there won't be time enough to complete a professional treatment within the time left. And you will be invoiced the full amount for the treatment, no matter if we did the full treatment, parts of, or none of the treatment that was booked.

The terms stated above are automatically agreed to by the client upon time of booking with Butter.
