Let's talk self-tanner, shall we? 🤎

Self tanner or spray tan is an oxidizing product that reacts with and changes the tint in the top layer of your skin. So when it comes to having a brow lamination and tinting your brows for those smooth lines, it's better to stay far away from any sort of self tanner spray, spray tan or tanning drops at least minimum of a week before and after your appointment.

Brows that has had self tanning drop after the treatments

Are you still desperate for a self-tan, apply some vaseline on your brows before you tan and make sure the hairs and the skin are covered in a decent layer. Try and avoid any sort of tanning product coming into contact with your brows. And if you already fucked it, and you find them slightly reddish or greenish, you can apply some lemon juice and very gently rub them to remove parts of the miscoloration. However please be aware that if you have recently had a brow treatment done this can also bleach and make the tint in your pigments very odd, or simply remove the colour that you just spent money on putting there. So do this with caution guys.

Or just follow my advice and just stay away from any tanning products a minimum a week before and after you are coming to get your brows done.

Problem solved.

I love it so much. It took me some time to master the home self-tan technique. Now It takes me 5 minutes, once a week, before I go to bed. Et Voila! I will keep that story for another time though.

Happy tanning 🤎
